This is a food pyramid. It shows how what to eat and not to eat so often.
- The top means what not to eat often, like... cupcakes, lollipops and (my personal favorite) chocolate.
- Eggs, fish and chicken are things that give you protein and iron but make sure you don't have them all the time.
- Fruit and vegetables like cherries, oranges and broccoli are things that you have to have. They are full of nutrients and vitamins.
- Carbohydrates are an important part of your diet, and give you energy.
